These valve cover seal washers are typically old, dry and hard. You may find your valve covers leak after replacing your valve cover seals as well as rear plugs - this is the reason why. The valve cover seal washers must be replaced for a proper seal.
This is a set of 20 which is enough for one RB Engine
These are a high quality aftermarket washer which is made using high temp silicone. They are less expensive than the Nissan bonded rubber washers and hold up to higher temperatures and last longer. We found that on top mount single turbo applications the factory washers often did not hold up very long at all.
If you have an RB20/25 NEO these are not required
