Return & Cancellation Policy

At Boost Factory, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please review the following terms regarding returns and cancellations:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the package being delivered.
• The item must have been purchased at full retail price (no discounts or special pricing).
• The product must be unopened, with all original packaging, labels, and seals intact.
• Electronics are not returnable under any circumstances.
• Orders placed through our B2B program are final sale and not eligible for returns.
2. Return Shipping Costs:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping, including customs and brokerage fees.
• A 35% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
3. Refund Process:
• Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has arrived at our facility and been inspected for compliance with our return policy.
4. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
5. Cancellation Policy:
• Any orders canceled before fulfillment will incur a 5% transaction fee to cover payment processing costs.
• Orders paid via Interac EMT or in-person debit are exempt from this fee.
• Incorrect or changed orders during processing or after fulfillment will also incur a 5% transaction fee, with the same exceptions.
6. Special Orders & Made-to-Order Items:
• Many products listed on Boost Factory are either special order or made to order. These products are sourced or manufactured specifically for your request.
• Inventory locations and product status are clearly marked on our website for your convenience.
• All special orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned once the order is placed.
7. Responsibility for Part Selection:
• While Boost Factory provides technical advice, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure the purchased parts are appropriate for their intended use.
