    Each Spectrum Motorsports turbo is subject to $500 Dollar core charge,  Turbos will be sent with a core form to be place in the return box. due to varying locations of returns it will be the purchasers responsibility to return the core for a refund. the core item must be packed with the form in the box and returned for a full core charge refund! 

    Cores returning from outside of Canada must be declared at: $10 CAD under warranty.
    Any brokerage fees incurred from packages returned from Out of Canada will be removed from the core charge balance prior to being refunded to you.

    A usable compressor and exhaust housing must be returned or the core charge will not be refunded. Boost Factory will determine if the core is valid within 60 days of receiving the item. A refund will be applied within 2 weeks after the 60 days period.

    While many "high-flowed" options exist on the market today, utilizing rebuild OEM turbochargers and oversized wheel combinations, our bolt-on Turbochargers for RB20/25 are in a category of their own. 

    Instead of relying on the old, problematic journal bearing OEM CHRA, we build our RB turbochargers around the same dual-Ceramic Ball-Bearing Cartridge as the rest of our High-Performance Turbocharger line. This modern CHRA does require upgrading of the oil and water lines, and we offer this installation kit along with the turbocharger to ensure simple and straightforward installation.

     *** Please note - if selecting the SM400 or SM450/R options listed as "requires OEM Turbo Core" we will require you to send us your OEM Compressor and Turbine housing. there is a core charge on top of the base price. 

    SM400/R- Torque and response

    Utilizing a wheel combination unique to this turbocharger, the SM400/R is well suited for both stock RB20's wanting more power and reliability than the OE turbo can produce, as well as RB25 applications needing increased response, torque, and power. As with every SM/R turbocharger, this kit is designed to be a full bolt-on to your existing exhaust manifold, downpipe, and compressor connections. A fantastic street and drift combo for your lightly modified skyline, at a very competitive price. Pump-gas output of 350BHP on RB20 and close to 400BHP on RB25 can be expected with supporting mods

    SM450/R- More flow,  More power.

    taking the entry level kit a step further, the SM/R500 kit utilizes a larger 54mm Billet Compressor to increase horsepower capabilities further. While still providing near stock spool characteristics, this setup is better suited to RB25 applications, or RB20 vehicles with upgraded cams and Head Gasket. Larger, 55mm Exducer Turbine helps reduce Exhaust Manifold Pressure at high boost levels.  Turbine Housing comes standard with Cerakote Ceramic coating.
